Company Ongoza was founded in November of 2008.
We were positioning ourselves in the field of IT consulting, support of technical solutions of telecommunication systems and data development and their elements, when we began to offer custom software development.
At this moment the company employs more then ten people. Despite the fact that we are guided by adequacy of future employees more than the presence of a diploma in the time of the staff recruitment, employees have candidates’ degrees and parchment of the best institutes of higher education of Ukraine. The high level of qualification allows us to overcome the difficult path from the birth of idea to the realization it into the specific product in projects of any complexity.
At this route it is impossible not to face the problem of the correct problem statement.
The exceptional importance understanding of this phase of software development has grown into an independent line of activity – the conceptualization of software.
The process that requires automation, allocation of its core elements or phases, the determination of control points, bifurcation points is studied in the course of this phase.
Removal of the functions or performing operations that are duplicated by staff is an important element of this phase.
The next step is to create the layout of the future software product. This model is a set of slides reflecting the interface of the future program, where each directory, table, report, or a functional page of the planned program is presented by a set of required functional elements.
Thus, several important problems are solved simultaneously:

visualization of a future interface;
one-hundred-percent understanding of which functional elements would help to solve a problem of automation of the specific business-process;
a contractor and a customer have a base for a substantial discussion about the software.

After the elaboration and approval of the introduced path for the construction of the concept of software, we combine all the slides into a single animated presentation. The presentation is an emulator of a program which has the design and implementation that have to be done.
Development of software concept also implements a formal function of the requirements specification for software development. In the short run it will be a supplement to the Contract of custom software development.
A direct development phase is less filled with a decision-making and multifaceted developmental work but it has its own characteristics. It is also not devoid of surprises for even experienced developers and programmers.
In drafting we prefer the Internet-based technologies such as Java, Django, AJAX. Thanks to this elegant approach to display web pages it makes possible to unload pages, which are overcrowded with functional elements and data, as much as possible. The use of Internet technologies enables to implement platform-independent scalable projects to the limit, with the required functionality.
In many cases software development does not confine oneself to providing a product to a customer, but it grows into a cooperation to support the system or sometimes into a full-fledged IT-Services.
